Drunken Monkey Members Club approached Toshi Labs with an ambitious vision: to revolutionize the luxury concierge industry through blockchain technology. The goal was to create the world's first NFT-powered membership platform that would provide real-world utility beyond digital art speculation.

The project required a comprehensive technical solution spanning web application development, smart contract implementation on Ethereum, and mobile app integration. With 5,995 unique NFTs to be minted, each representing a lifetime membership with no recurring fees, the platform needed to seamlessly bridge the gap between Web3 technology and traditional luxury services.

Toshi Labs took full ownership of the technical architecture, building a robust web application that serves as the central hub for the DMMC ecosystem. We developed custom smart contracts for NFT minting, ownership verification, and membership validation, ensuring secure and transparent transactions on the blockchain.

Additionally, we provided technical leadership for the mobile app development, coordinating with external designers and developers to ensure the iOS and Android applications maintained the high standards of user experience expected by luxury concierge clients. The result is a groundbreaking platform that has garnered attention from major publications including Forbes and Yahoo Finance.
